Why do people bid more than 5gcs to buy population?

1)Political payoff
2)A free account setup by another player (Player paying himself)

Well I very rarely pay over 2 or 3 gcs at most for my pop buys. :-P

For me it's either

3 or 4 to a player

or

5 to big brother

4 (sometimes 5) To a player
5 to GM

No reason to pay more.

BTW, Keto, u got any pop for sale? 1 gc per mil? (smiles) :-P

erh can any1 tell why went i got to sell some thing, it tells me i sold it, but no money come throught and the amount of the product i just sold is the same

Hey Mr/s dragon, (no, not you kiss :P ), you need to give more details about how you are selling, from your country or a corp, world market or common market, contract or what.
What are the messages you got from the game exactly?

To the original question, I like the guy I'm buying from and I figure they could use it.

I'ld rather keep the coins circulating in game, with players, but I guess I'm a bit old school when it comes to money for moneys sake.

Next question,

Under "important things to do", number of corporations, has anyone reached the minimum target the game recommends for that country?

For ex. current # 64, min. target 124.

I personally have never met that goal SC recommends in each country.

Lol! it says I need another 35 corps with less than 1M unemployed...



I guess if I had NO dis-abled, no retired, no housewives, no schools, no hospitals etc...

They haven't updated that portion of the 'important things to do' section since the corporations where increased in size. If the corps employed the old number of employees, the number would be valid.

I guess the new number needs to reflect a realistic number of corporations according to the new size of corps. And is it just me or are HL managers the new HL worker thing of the past. Everytime I log in I'm 10K short in every country no matter how many times I get this under control.

The thing is I could always convert other professions to HL workers. High Level Managers are a real problem to produce even in a country with 200 edu index. Overheating the priority only complicates things further in other professions. Like a see-saw. Ugh.
