Strat bomber corps on FB (Fearless Blue)

Strat bomber corps on FB can no longer be built. Thought FB was the world to produce them on?

I'm having no ordering their construction.

It wouldnt let me build them on FB either.

we have found an error and fixed it.
it was first patched and was really fixed with the upgrade, yesterday (May 25).
