yea, not the same, but similar, i recently lost something like 50k each of AAMB, DMB, MRMB, HT, HA, and tons of ammo, dismantled the units they were in, and all gone into the void.

The heart breaker, back during the Mob v WGC war, i lost 10k bombers, they just disappered out of my inventory, nothing actually happened to them...

anyways, that particular thing hasn't happened to me, but i know how it feels.

No change in space centers and certainly their products are untouched.

there is no world or country name so it is impossible to check.

should cause a very large drop in the defense indexes.
we do not see such a sudden drop.

@Rob:
There was indeed something wrong with your space centre. It has been fixed. Your weapons have returned!
Do you know what recently happened to your space center? Attacked in a war maybe?

This happens more often for no reason more than you imagine.

I've had weapons disappear as well, specially when recalling garrisons or dismantling units. I suspect those shady supplies units are to blame.

I'm sure it as happened to more than just those who posted here.

Laguna,

You are spreading wage nonsense.
be specific and show us where it happens.

When you have real errors you mail us.
You didn't.

Space centers are new and the chance that there is an error is larger. we are happy this player exposed the problem and it was solved immediately with nothing lost.

There is no disappearing of anything in supply units or anywhere else.

Every specific complaint is always looked into. When a reason is found it is explained to the player.
In nearly all cases, it is not an error or it is an unclear message. we have several such mails each day.

There were also many real errors during the past years and we always solved them when a specific problem, change in numbers etc. where reported.

There are also cases, like in all games, when people spread unsubstantiated rumors.

Spreading wage suspicions and negative messages does not help anyone.
If you have a specific problem, describe it and it will be solved.

we have a history of similar requests to you by email in recent weeks.

Always a gentlemen, Willard.

I didn't email you, because I cannot prove it was gone. Rob Kennedy was smarter than me though, he remembered to look at army personnel. But I wasn't sure when it actually happened and it was no big deal - although many, they were cheap, defensive batteries. And there is also the possibility I've become forgetful and I'm misplacing things.

I have, however, heard similar complaints such as this one before from others. When hearing such things, my suspicions was that players just weren't aware weapons were being moved to units or in transport, but with this... I really suspect supply units. I see them running around with strange inventories. I'll e-mail you one when I see it again. :-)

And yes, we know I send you detailed e-mails with bugs I and others find. It's what I do.

What is wage nonsense exactly? Are we talking about salaries and bonuses here?

Laguna,

You suggested Garrisons, dismantling units and supply units.
We do not have any such open case. I don't claim that it is error free by if you claim that there is an error, show it to us.

as to the space centers:
we had one complaint and found three cases. two were unreported and we fixed all three.

we did not find an error but added a lot of debugging code and immediate alerts in case it happens again.

Tom,

It doesn't look good when you're arguing with your clients.

Accordion,

There is a chance that what is written on the forum, can be seen as true.
We live with that for a long time but sometimes, what is written on the forum can badly mislead others and this is when we have to set it right.

Criticism is great and many changes and improvements in Simcountry are the result of comments on the forum.

baseless statements that create uncertainty are a problem.
