Portal Update Times (Little Upsilon)

I was wondering if anyone figured out the update times of the main portal (post time zone please). That would help me out a lot.

Still curious.

all updates on the portal are ongoing.

Does that mean I actually need to wait a full 8 hours between when I repay my debts so that I can use the direct market? Or wait a full 8 hours from when I extend my registrations so that I can inject or take out cash in my countries?

I was basically wondering when the update times for those things was.

One 're-fresh' of the 'Direct Trade/Cash Market' seemed to occur not long before this time (within an hour or less maybe):

Another 're-fresh' time seems to be near 'Maintenance Mode', which would be roughly 8 hours after that time...somewhere close to 08:00 or 09:00 ("UTC" as above).

Also, maybe someone can post the 'error message' so it's more clear.

Yes Scarlet, you have to wait the entire 8 hours. Be sure you don't incur any new loans during the 8 hours or you'll have to wait another 8. Its utterly pathetic to not have an option to redeem all debt when you are prohibited from using the direct market due to loans. This would solve a ton, and kill a bunch of frustration.
