Space Center (Little Upsilon)

How long does it take to build these things? I've ordered one for my new LU country, been more than a game year, and still nothing. Meanwhile, I've got shuttles full of ammo ready to fly, just sitting there.

Forever. I ended up investing in my own space centre corp & contracting it to my country. I can currently offer you a direct sale - what's your country name?

I don't need a space center, I have one in stock, it just doesn't actually build itself.
