How do the war levels work on fearless blue? is it possible like if you're at war level 0 you can declare war on another player who is also war level 0? it would definitely create a lot more petty wars between inexperienced players only, especially when its supposed to be a war world, it should be war almost everywhere, if you can't can you explain why? |
