Name changes for CEOs (White Giant)

I would like to see a name change option for the CEO running my enterprise. I'm sure that there are others who are tired of being referred to as 'Mr. CEO'. Especially if they happen to be female.

Just a suggestion, but I think a simple one to remedy.
