Where are my Destroyers? (Little Upsilon)

Purchased a fleet command and four destroyers. The fleet command appears on map and on Manage Fleets page, the destroyers do not.

The destroyers appear on my trade page as in stock, but I cant find them otherwise.

What am I missing? Can someone help?

Click the fleet command on a map. A pop-up will appear telling the composition of that fleet, which the destroyers should be a part of.

I saw and divided the number of destroyers within my fleets. The destroyers were there (and still in stock) but no longer appear and my other weapons also disappeared.

What is happening with the Navy module? It is so weak-working. One can barely see the naval commands on the sea and moving them is almost impossible. This needs serious modifications.

Weapons do not disappear.
The navy is not changed at all.

It is happening in the world of Little Upsilon, the country of The Republic of Mursiyah, 511 destroyers are in stock. I divided them between my fleets and were there. The following day, they were gone from fleet but still appear in stock. Some, not all, of the destroyer weapons also disappeared.

Now the fleets indicate that they are totally undefended. I have not used them to attack anyone. So, what happened to the destroyers and its weaponry?
