Country buying from space question (Little Upsilon)

If a product is only sold on a space station, what steps do I need to take to buy the product and have it delivered to country stock?

I'm really asking.... do I have to buy a space center, and shuttles, and a dock, and what ever the hell else I NOW have to go through cause of these stupid space-only changes? Or can the seller deliver without me having to go through all that?

buy a shuttle
rent a space dock
spend GC on your weapons or ammo
all will cost GC

20 Shuttles... 20 is a nice number to start more the better thought.
Rent or buy a dock.
Everything costs GC

Ok, well knowing before hand is always a lot easier to stomach than finding out bit by bit. I tried to read through the space docs but my eyes quickly started to glaze over and I got confused.
