If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
This game might have some minor flaws and glitches, but on the whole its very good.
But then, the GM decides (ignoring the people who actually pay to play who don't want it) to go into space, thus creating a whole new set of glitches and problems and rip-offs (and space stations which cost GCs) and time some people don't have, and if they can't get nukes and other products any other way, some people are going to leave forever.
I agree with RagingPencil, expand on the qualities which have made the game in the first place- venturing out into unchartered waters will always upset your support base. I can hardly imagine in a few years, people looking back and thinking this was a move in the right direction for SC- much like there seems to be a general unhappiness with the war levels.
As for the banning of people who speak out against SC on their forums- thats what China doe
The banning of people has to do with the choice of words.
we will make sure language remains decent and correct.
We invite you to be critical but once you start bitching, you will be out.
As to the space game, you don't have to play it.
I see many do and I see many trade products etc.
but other don't and keep to their countries.
you also do not need an enterprise. You can participate and increase your economic power and income for your countries but, it costs GCs each month and it requires more time.
so many don't do it and many do.

Absolutely.
This is most relaxed forum I have come across with regards to language and personal abuse. Dont do it and you wont get banned. Good for the GM I say.
A bit of this wouldn't go amiss in the chat rooms either.

it is their game ,and i think space is going to be a great addition to it. there always will be glitches, as some people see them, but others see a challenge!

This thread makes no sense now that the initial post has been deleted. FMBP (Wendy) did not start this thread.

The title + my response and subsequent posts kinda get the message across lol. Although yeah it would be a good example of what not to do or what road not to travel down.
I wish this forum had stickies.

I'm still trying to figure what 'recking' means!
<!-Quote-!>Quote:reck [rɛk]
vb Archaic (used mainly with a negative)
1. to mind or care about (something) to reck nought
2. (usually impersonal) to concern or interest (someone)<!-/Quote-!>
the free dictionary So the title is a compliment to W3C
