2. My country employment is low. How do Inoobie question get that up?

Change country state corp buying and selling strategy.

Lower tax to 0 and invite ceo's to come, send messages to top ceos in your world to come and build or buy your corps. a ceo corp can bring in 5 times more money than a state corp.

1. Is most likely due to the intervening servers, blame verizon (it was their fault last time I checked, for owning the servers at either end of the Atlantic pipeline).

also if you don't have labor then you just waste money when it comes to buildings
