The conditions for game level 4 include cash requirements (peaceful mode only) of 1T in cash.
To date, there are no cash requirements for non peaceful players for game level 4.
Higher game levels have higher requirements of cash for both playing modes.
The next upgrade of Simcountry (September 20) will include a change in cash requirements for game level 4:
Required cash levels for game level 4:
1T (non peaceful mode) and
2T in peaceful mode.
Similar cash requirements will be introduced for game level 3, on September 27.
Countries may fall one game level because of this change and their score may be reduced (the score has a strong game level component).
Monthly awards are obviously depending on the score.
Improving cash levels is important in all countries and enterprises.
