Important Question!! (Kebir Blue)

On the list of best 300 presidents, what does the little dictator icon mean and how can I change it?? Also, when I look at a map of my region, it doesn't, color my empire purple/pink, how can I fix it?? Thanks

Your empire goes purple / pink when you have more than 4 countries.
