Black out bug? (Fearless Blue)

i tried to take a c3 today, within my blackout period. I took down the air defence and i had my lrd's at the border trying to get into the c3. I waited a bit, so in the mean time i took out the cities with my navy. still my lrds where "flashing" 3 times. i sent them back to base. dismantled, and resent fresh ones.. same thing, i sent SF units, same thing. turns out when i looked in my log, they where waiting for my blackout period to be over with. I didnt think blackout periods had anything to do with c3 fighting, but if it does, how is it posible for me to take down the air defence and take out the cities?

Also, I was still able to hit any target in range from the border with my lrds, even though they where in "Blackout Period" and where not permited to cross the border.

We will be looking into this asap. Blackout periods are supposed to be purely for player vs player warfare.
