WHY JUST 12 CORPORATIONS ? (Fearless Blue)

I don't understand why I can't build more than 12 corporations in my country. I need explaination from GM, please

I thought I read in a news thread some weeks back that it was going to upped to 25 per country.

GMs: any update on this update?
