Do I get the 50GC bonus upon sign up after I reached level 2 and possible level 3 as well. Just waiting for my visa debit card to come in
or is that bonus gone and start another account?

You will only get the bonus if you were already a full member when you reached that level OR if you take the offer to upgrade to full membership as soon as you go up a level.

starting a new account to get GCs for level 2 and 3 is my advice for you, dude
