One of the results of recent reductions in the size of military units, is, as expected, a reduction in the size of armies.

The amounts of weapons and ammunition that are bought is reduced and many sell weapons they do not need.

We expect the market to recover when the units reach their target size.

To help absorb the surplus and support the weapons and ammunition corporations, gamemaster is purchasing some of the surplus.

This was done before when units became smaller and will take place again, starting today.
the purchases this time are larger and will continue for 2 days, taking out large part of the surplus.

Any such purchases will not cause shortages on the market.
the purchases take place only in case there is a surplus and the number purchased is up to 50% of such surplus.
in case there is no surplus, there is no intervention.
Selling weapons and ammunition has a fair chance to be successful. If the surplus is larger, more will be taken out of the market.

A few 10-12% steps more before we get there.

The mobile units will have 500 weapons and mobile air force units 100 air planes.

The largest regular units will end up bigger than 500 weapons although the max quality of mobile units will be higher.
