Why need extra country's and enterprises for the peaceful game? (Little Upsilon)

In the peaceful game, there should not have to be any requirements for the extra country's and enterprises and why should we have enterprises if there only going to use one country as a main?

Why not just make the cash off of the CEO? Or go full member and really take advantage of the requirement.

We're here generally to build as wealth as possible empires, whethere peaceful or not.

As for enterprises, they can build any where, not just in your main country.

Considering the extra country's is really should be done for the wars, not peaceful game and may be the enterprises, well im not sure about it.

Peaceful options allow you to:

1. Buy a C3
2. Buy from the Cash Market
3. Conquer a C3
