I've suddenly had a change of heart, I'm seriously thinking about moving to fearless blue if there is absolutely no war restrictions at all and leave little upsilon altogether as i've realized i've lost my struggle eliminate war levels across the other worlds on this game.

Here is what I put on the suggestions page a couple of weeks ago.

Removing the war levels would be a good idea for those who would like to see constant wars all the time, whether they're major or petty, we would see both of these type of wars thrive again on this game, but the main problem gamemaster has'nt adressed from the start to the new players is when they first take office up as president of a country is the vital importance of being in 'Federations' with others which is cruical to a individual country's survival.

Removing the war levels will mean small individual countries will be put at risk which will mean they would definitely have to start searching for large, strong federations to join if they are to survive as a single country. Failure to do so could mean disasterous consequences for the player for not looking for one fast enough within the 1 month war protection limit, which will in turn be his own fault.

This should most certainly apply on Fearless blue for those who like to wage and see wars happen more frequently as I understand the other worlds are economic ones now.

Now all we need to do is somehow convince the gamemasters to trial out Fearless blue without war levels for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

Secured mode applies to single countries except on FB.

I know that, that's why i'm thinking about moving there as nobody will be in secured mode, but for all of us who wish to desire wars on this game, such as beginners who wish to attack other new presidents, we should all be moving to Fearless Blue instead.

We're you presenting something of a new idea here James?

A new idea? Fearless Blue could go back to how it used to be when there was no war levels. It should have been kept that way for that world. The other worlds can remain ecomonic, especially little upsilon.

Well this is another idea of mine of how the 5 worlds on this game should be like.

Fearless Blue: War world, 6 months a day with no war levels at all.

Little upsilon: Peaceful world, 6 months a day where war cannot be waged at all, not even C3 Raiding which means hardly no military. A purely economic world.

While on the other three worlds they should remain as they are in terms on spin time and war levels.

Well thats what I think FB and LU should be like on this game, it would make these 2 worlds stand out and more unique compared to the other 3 worlds besides all of them looking like the same right now.

Unless player base grows (more) and id rather some world merging (more player contacts and conflicts for expansion) rather than more war-level reworking.

And just what was FB like when there were no war levels James? Are you sure you can remember? I can go back several years and I know only a little of the war history there. Perhaps you could write a little summary of it for us...

I would say LU has had more, larger, wars in the recent pre-war level era. FB was always for the nOObs to squabble in and earn their wings. ( Sorry Smokes :-D )

why don't you ask a couple of people you know personally and ask them to set up their own countries, spread the word and then maybe we could be getting somewhere.

Are you saying 5 worlds is too many on this game? because if you are, I totally agree with you there as countries with presidents are far too spread out on this game.

Keep talking like that on this page or we will never be able to attract anyone to go Fearless blue at all and earn their wings, because it will be a shame if hardly anyone goes to that world as it's got over 6000 countries there, it would make a really good battle zone if most of them were filled.

What does the absence of players on FB tell you James? It has nothing to do with Crafty stating a few historical facts.

The GM has stated there should be "protection" to prevent the kill off of noobs. Why not add my previous suggestion of 30M population cap. Then the war levels can be lowed. If you a war level 2 with 4nations all @ 30M pop there should be no reason they shouldnt be targeted. Since both sides need 30M the attacker has "invested" some assests/time into the following war and they might be more careful. On the defenders side. 30M is enough pop to start your econ and have a desent army going. I think with this in effect theres no reason the War Levels shouldnt be dropped to level 1or2. Even on FB 30M pop nation with garrisons and wings would still make a good battle and wouldnt be an "easy" kill.

I am curious. I am kinda new to fearless blue and wondering, what was the population like on this planet before war levels? Has it declined? increased? or about the same? And if it does differ in any great numbers, does anyone know why?

FB was a dying world before war levels showed up.

FB was a "dying world" before any of you came along, because there is a fundamental mistake in the game that as hardly been dealt with.

When you begin anew in a position similar to the one you had when you lost, you are far more likely to wager your possessions. Are the possessions you wager to lose similar to the ones you will be dealt when you begin anew? No? Then don't be surprised for the state of things.

That Tournament World is by far the best bet to revive the war game. I would go even insofar that it does not need periodical resets, but an interdiction of population purchases.

I have to ask some advice. The Republic of Newfoundland has entered into war with my c3 neighbor.I guess I was not prepared enough though I have destroyed all the military forces and most cities and towns, [some of them twice] as they seem to regenerate Index points as the country repairs itself I can't win and it has ruined my economy.I have offered peace but as I guess there is nobody there to accept. My thought at this point is to abandon this account and start anther with some hard learned wisdom, any advice.

If you really dont think you can win this war, just leave it, dont fire a shot or do anything and in a couple of days it will expire by itself.

You have found, war is very expensive. Next time you'll know.
