I found out one of my corporations had only 90% employment, so I checked out the country "Donna tamar" and found out there were still plenty of workers. Every other corporation in the country had 90% workers too, but when I checked the employment page it said 0 on workers needed for 100% production. But it ain't at 100% production. |

Welfare is 90...employment is 60%....every other corporation in this country has the same level of employment. Can someone raid this country?
EDIT: Oh I see the problem...when a country is abandoned every single high tech worker is killed, save for 18000. |
