I've seen a few major countries that have done this
do you really want to loose 150B a month all cuz you want enterprise companies

Having contracts between your state run companies and your own country when your quality of product is 200% or better. OUCH! Talking 'bout wasting a ton of country cash. No need to pay more then double for things you can get much much cheaper on the open market. Your country score may sink but your country's coffers won't suffer as much.
