(origionally posted in beginners topic but moved to general for wider audience)
My name may not be familiar as im a relatively new president. i am Jorge Fuentes, my country (Utopia Animus Progressus on LU) shall prosper and my population will thrive as i develop the skills, but a i have yet to learn this game in depth. in the four years since the creation of my country, i have accomplished the following:

Population Size 11,155,770
Education Index 126.18
Health Index 97.23
Social Security 102.00
Employment Index 89.61
Transportation Index 175.70
Business and Trade Index 100.53
Finance Index 152.37
Welfare Index 109.62
Corporation Value 1,490.55B SC$

My current strategy is to keep education priorities set for the building of more schools untill i reach an index of atleast 200. where i will then continue into working on my health index. i would really appreciate any feedback as well as advice. i would love to get to know everyone in the sc community, and for everyone to get to know me as well.
Truly yours
-President Jorge Fuentes of Utopia Animus Progressus

You have a good working model... go for 200 education, then increasing health is my standard method of country repair or rebuilding.

You've got the basic idea down already. Good luck.

Just make sure you don't make a loss. I suggest CEO corps more than state corps, but whatever you like is fine.

Pretty good Jorge, only thing I would say is you might want to get the Health index up now to say 120 ish, your welfare will very much appreciate it, your pop should grow faster and corps produce a bit better. Then you could work on the edu and bit more health as you grow. Too high an education system can be a bit of a problem in the long run because you still need a few thick people around to do the manual grunt!

Good luck. CC

"thick people"?!? Lordie, that was a terrible thing for me to say and I do apologise for any offense caused. Of course I meant any society needs its fair share of 'do-ers' alongside the 'thinkers'.
