Can we remove these fees or atleast can we get them fixed theres no difference between closing or moving a corp out a nation. So why is there a enxtra cost? If i want to close a corp i should pay the 5% not 50% to close MY corp anyone else agree?

You have chosen to move Forsthood LBCMB. It is currently located in Tribute to Eco.

Please note that you have to pay 5% of the Market Value as damage to Tribute to Eco with a minimum of 5 Billion SC$. Given the current Market Value this means you pay 13.15 Billion SC$.
-------------------------------------------------
Close Forsthood LBCMB
To really close this company, click Yes below.

Please make sure that Forsthood LBCMB is the corporation you want to close. There is no way back once you click Yes.

If you want to close this corporation in Tribute to Eco, you have to pay 50% of the Market Value as damage with a minimum of 50 Billion SC$. Given the current Market Value of the corporation, you have to pay 131.53B SC$.

You got 'nuff money. You took 3 billion out of that guy's income per month. You pay.

Yeah, but if a corp is losing money, then as a CEO, we should not be punished so severely for wanting to improve our bottom line, either. Especially if we want to close a losing corp and then put a profitable one in that same country.

If a corp is losing money wouldn't that most likely be the fault of the country anyways?

EDIT: OOooooh I see your point. 5% instead of 50%. Yeah nvm I agree

Move it to one of your countries, then close it. You'll pay the 5% the original host but the closure fee will be to your country treasure. Transfer it to the enterprise after.

But I agree, 50% is outrageous. What about 50% of revenue from immediate sale of remaining product? or remaining cash or something "tangible"?

You can move it to a c3 to close it also, in case your own countries are full. No fee in c3s.

Oh, I missed that trick of moving to your own country, then closing it. I shall do that in future. Thanks!
