Build companies c3 closes (Golden Rainbow)

what is the best way to get the company type you want to close by building there.
Like If I want to kill some upgrade companies
I build some oil and service and stuff like household and paper close
like do I have to build another Ht to close an HT

I would suggest a a good salary setting or automatic salary adjustments to forcibly get the workers in a C3, and in time the C3 will close a state corp.
