Was wondering if the GM's could add population swap from countries on different planets owned by same president. Either on shuttles or throught the direct trading.

Instead of just dumping in another 10 20 mil people and spend some money on some schools Its going to give or take people across the board so taking and adding won't producing more on that category you need will
