Fixed Price Contracts? (White Giant)

Is there a way to contract out production from a corporation to its buyer at a fixed price? I see that my country contracts fluctuate based on the market price and quality. just wondering if there was a way to set price.

no you cannot, the reason is simple, some people would use this to their advantage to transfer money to other players by selling them goods and services below market price.
