What happened to the Budget page? (Fearless Blue)

I can not find this page anymore under the tab of finance or departments, where did it go.

True.
The budget system was not functional and in fact was not enforced.
It created confusion and is not showing any more.

Once we implement a real budget system which is easy to understand and supports you, it will come back.

Please don't make more copies of the same.
