Military Personnel (Little Upsilon)

I am currently in secured mode, and have unarmed my military force, and sold all my weapons/ammo. I was wondering if the troops in my military could be taken out, so I can have a larger workforce for my companies.

if you sell weapons, the workforce that was previously used to man the weapons go back into your general population for re-assignment (so to speak)

Disband the military units - air wings, divisions, supply units, etc.

Then you get a bunch of low level workers and mid level managers.
