Corporations Randomly Close? (White Giant)

My corperations keep closing down because " market value and utilization are too low and the corporation is making losses." Last time I checked the one that closed down was making like a 0.01B loss every month and still had some 30B to cover but it closed anyway. I can't seem to find out why in the documentation. Do you guys know?

Corporations never close randomly.
Just never happens.

The corporation must have long running very big losses or it has very large loans to bankrupt.

there is no other way for a corporation to close.

Some players repurchase shares without calculating the cost and bankrupt their corporations when the transactions execute and the corporation needs to pay for these shares.
