Request to Lower IPO Threshold to 200B (Little Upsilon)

Values have been declining since before I started playing again. As the GM announced today that the recent updates brought 10-20% reduction. This alone would account for much of the 25% reduction in the threshold from 500B to 400B recently made and the only ever drop.

I propose bringing the theshold down to 200B. This is probably a bit more than it need be but it will soon level up with the rest of the values and as it isn't part of the GM's regular reductions, I suggest it be dropped significantly, and at the very least to 300B.

I have now reduced the required market value to 300B.

Although income and cost numbers went down by 10-20%, corporate values can fluctuate even more.

It will be in the game news coming Tuesday but it is in effect as of now.

The required PE value requires a little more research but we will look into it and conclude before coming Tuesday.

I just tried IPOing a corp and got the following error message:

"The value of this corporation (323.25B) is too low for an IPO (> 400.00B)

The P/E of this corporation (10.6) is OK (<33.0)"

When will this take effect, Andy?
