War Start Time Error (Golden Rainbow)

I have reported this error more than a few times in the past two years. Ignoring this is really ticking me off.

When you declare war against a president the war page gives you a start time. In this case I declared war and it was scheduled to start on Sept 26 for the 40 hours leading up to the war. I was logged in at August GR time and went over enemy defenses, ranges among other things and noted for a millionth time that the start dates on those wars were Sept 25th through 27th.

I left chat knowing I had to wait til next month. But something strange happens that continues to happen with no relief in site.

The war Start Date then Changed to October Adding to this that for some reason it took nearly 3 hours for time to pass from Oct 3rd to Oct 11th. This seemed like the processing manner for after 12PM my time EST when the game updates and it is the same month for 6 hours straight. Odd, minor but notably slow leading t

I had no problem in cleaning you up in three game days due too the delay in sf landing hahaah no complaints here about any start time all ran like clockwork.

I'm not interested in c3s either which is the only reason you were allowed to take one. Why do I need to place my main country at risk when it will take me far simpler devices to accomplish what you have asked for. A simple demonstration of your incompetence is in short order.
