We never banned him.
when we received the complaint, we tested and he was able to enter the forum.

Possibly a passing locking problem directly after the upgrade.

Ok thanks for the response Andy, however a simple reply to my email would prevent such misunderstandings from happening.

We did mail about it and said that we did not lock you out as you suggested.

I even asked if we should and what you have done to suggest it.

Wendy was locked out several times but not now.
we had communicated with her about it and we hope that she will continue to contribute to the forum without any disruption.

I never received an email...
