1. Advisory System Introduced

A new advisory system is now available in Simcountry and will help players to repair errors in the settings of their countries.

The advisory system is available for everyone up to game level 4 and will show a popup window when you go to your country home page.
There are currently just 10 different conditions that the advisory system will test and that may trigger an advice.

Example: If the country is purchasing very high quality products and the game level of the player is under 5, it will advise the player to reduce the purchasing quality and cut the cost.

Players in game level 5 and higher will not receive the messages.

We expect that beginners too will not receive these new messages because beginners have their country setting fixed by the game and these are good enough to prevent the need for such messages.

2. War level awards on all the worlds

War level awards are now paid out on all the worlds but they are 5 times higher on Fearless Blue. War levels are available for premium members only.

3. Larger numbers of Game awards

The number of game awards that will be paid to the best layers in April is much higher than in March. The numbers will continue to depend on the number of players in each world.

4. Game Levels

Game levels continue to require an increasing value of the defense index while the alternative war level remains unchanged. As we announced several times before, game level will move away from dependency on the defense index.

5. War Levels and awards

Reaching higher war levels may be hard and more stealth bombers are involved, but the rewards are on the increase.
War level will keep increasing and the number of gold coins for each war level will become higher. This will replace the amount of money the C3 country has.

6. Game money for GCs - A single offer per player.

The queue on the direct trading page for the exchange of gold coins is showing many offers made by several players. Many times, all visible slots are occupied by the same player. We have now changed the offering process and allow one offer from each player.

Current offers will remain in the queue until sold or dropped if they remain unsold for a longer period.

7. Selling Population and Migration

Countries that are selling off their population are seeing their population decline in the age groups that are essential for long term growth. (21-40). They also see increasing migration that is damaging for their possibility to recover from the population imbalance.

Migration numbers are higher if the country has sold more of its population. This was in the game news many times in the past months.

Both migration and the decline in the welfare index are felt throughout the entire empire.

8. The welfare index in C3 countries

The welfare index in C3 country is important for CEOs who are building corporations in such countries. We are now moving to stabilize the welfare index in these countries to ensure a stable level for the welfare index.

The welfare index in C3 countries will be fixed to 100. In corporations, the welfare index will gradually move to a value slightly above 100. This move can take a week or so to complete.

9. Selling Countries

When a country is sold, its history of population sales is forgotten. The remaining empire, if it has sold some of its population, will remain damaged, especially if the numbers sold are large.

Countries that have lost large numbers of their population have a damaged population model. When population is sold away, some age groups are depleted more than others and the remaining population is not balanced between the aged groups. The country will take a long time to recover and the population will decrease much more even if population sales stop. Buying such a country is not a good idea.

Countries that belong to an empire that has sold more than 5 millions of its population will not be traded until that damage is repaired. This will protect players from purchasing a heavily damaged country without knowing about it.

Selling population after the country is offered for sale will make the actual sale of the country impossible. Population numbers at the time of the sale of the country must be at about the same level they were when the country was offered for sale.

""Players in game level 5 and higher will not receive the messages. ""

Can you make it so that players who have reached level 5 and higher do not recieve the message, or at least an option, i tend to go up to level 8 and than back down to level 1 because i move cash around.

+1. Finally, an update which solves problems.

Andy, I do have one request you should definately consider including in the next update. When selling GCs, the newest offers of a particular price are always displayed before the older ones. Could this be reversed, so that a two week old offer at $79B per GC is shown higher up the list than a day old offer at the same price. Obviously less attractive offers (e.g. $76B per GC) would be shown even further down the list.
My reason behind this is simple- I've had an offer on the market for over a week and it has now been lost behind numerous other newer offers at the same price as mine. Shouldn't older offers take priority?

I think the purpose of the advisory system is to annoy you into reaching Game Level 5 and staying there.

The advisory system will become optional coming Tuesday.
It will be on by default.

The advisory system tells me to buy lesser quality products for my country, yet I only buy 120 for the country except ammunition. Is buying ammo above 120 not advised, if so, thats bad advice.

And I'm happy to hear it will be optional.

One thing I'm not so sure about is the cash reward for taking C3s being lessened and replaced with GC awards, but thats just my personal situation, I guess its good for folks who cant get GC for now.

I will check if ammunition is included in the procedure that checks the quality.
It looks into products that are "consumed" by the country.
weapons are not but ammunition is used monthly if you have the weapons that use it.
I will make sure that ammunition is always excluded.

These comments help a lot so if you see more weird advice, please comment on it.

Are war levels paid on one world only? I already got to 9 on FB. Does this prevent receiving these awards on other worlds? If not, I don't think war level awards on other worlds are working.

Ammunition was included in the "consumption" products.
It is now excluded.
It will be fixed in the coming upgrade on Tuesday.

Kitsune,
You should receive them on all the worlds.
I will check what happened and if an error, we will award you the gold coins and fix the problem.

It should start at war level 4.

I did see a message that claimed it did not work.
It might have missed last upgrade and I promised to answer on Monday.

It will give you 10 gold coins for war level 4 on the four worlds. 50 on FB.

Higher levels pay more. 60 for war level 10 (300 on FB).

Kitsune,

we found a bug this morning and fixed it. Thanks for alerting us.

we are now checking our logs for everyone who did not receive war level awards in the past days since the last upgrade and will add the gold coins to their accounts.
This will take place within the next few hours.
