You can't. That is the minimum offering price.

If that's accurate El Senor, then the base price has changed since you last sold a country.

It was 80GC three months ago. The price has been skyrocketing.

Register->cancel countries and then click the X next to the ones you don't want.

I doubt you are going to sell that country for 200 gc.
