I can't declare war on him. :/
You are at War Level 9.
Wolf 8 is at War Level 9.
You can't fight countries at a War Level above 7. You can also look for a Computer Controlled Country (C3) to attack.
This game is stupid.
No response to the e-mail I sent over a week ago regarding this exact issue either. |

Yea the GM should change the war game rules so that any player at war level 3 or above can declare war and be declared on. GM why is it that at war level 6 I can be declared on by war level 9 but I can not declare war on war level 9. |

It must be a glitch with the added WL's. all worlds except FB your supose to be able to declare war 2 levels below or above your current WL. On FB its suppose to be a free for all at wl 3 and above. |

Yea it sucks Andy can you please fix this glitch, i want to be able to declare war on a country at war level 9 and im war level 7, why can they declare war and me and i can not. |
