If you look the game says i have 10T but i only have 1.5T in cash. I havent moved cash to corps, or withdrawn cash from the CEO to my account.

You should however know exactly where it is.

You have offered loans to others and the loans were taken.These are manual offers you have entered yourself.

Check the graph of your loans. It shows an increase, the same as the decline in cash.
