Presidancy start date keeps changing

Recently I have noticed a error or problem, I started by country in April and sometimes it changes to may and back to April on my main country page where it says presidancy start date. (these are dates in game months)

Any ideas?

I've noticed this before... never deemed it important.

I have seen this also but usually if changes by a month and than goes back. Like from may to june and than back to may, not a big deal though.
