i was trying to figure out the best salary for my corporations when i cam across a corporation that has the same amount of workers that i do, we have the same production process quality, the same production process Effectivity, its salary lavel is 150 and mine is 300 but some how it produces 1974556 products while mine is 1906872 and some how it has a higher production level. can some one explain to me why? and how come some corporations that have the same level of worker salary and the same amount of workers have different salary costs.

welfare levels in the country affect production the welfare score is a culmination of transport health education social security index among other things like employment and quality of goods purchased for population if your corps are in a country with good welfare they will produce at 120% it is harder to get above that

Yes, exactly, welfare.

For corp salary costs... sure its the same corp type? The total number of employees may be the same but the balance of different employee types will be different hence different salary totals.

thanks for the welfare advise and yeah they were the same type of companies but i thought that the higher welfare would help slightly reduce salary cost.
