W3C - No update this week

Some engineers are out this week.

Next feature will include the war game on the large maps.
this is a major change that will make it easier to run the war game on the country maps.

The feature will take longer to complete and test.

I write this from a Hotel room in Locarno Switserland.

The recent changes to the war game and lvs including all the other changes have all been good, but larger maps for the war games now that is really really cool. thanks

As we said before, we will reduce the population limit for transfers between countries in an empire.
currently the limit is linked to the limit used for the sales of population and this link will be dropped in the next update.

The selling of population is another matter.
that limit has increased several times.
the function is obsolete and will be phased out.
