Investment fund change?

Has the no more than 4% at a time changed to 6%? If it has feel free too keep boosting this too 40%. =) 16 would be real good though.

Oh yeah and country owned shares and enterprise owned upto 100%. =D

I'm not sure if the GM's would ever go to 40%, but a further boost to around 10-20% would certainly be welcome!
