Is there a way i can transfer these State Corps into Ceo, or doe's the Ceo have to buy these State ones so i can improve the income better then i can put them in the share market once they have improved the ipo skills.

Thanks, Anthony.

You will have to either buy them with your enterprise or, if you have reached the maximum, IPO them across.

Oh, so there is maximum cap for the Ceo for any one player? I heard it was 12. But i have seen players with few hundred in any ones account and all Ceo. I thought it was cap to 750. And with the ipo to Ceo, i see there is not much point in doing it, if it reaches 250 mark tops and still makes high profits.

Thanks, Anthony.

Thanks Crafty ... :(

Anthony - a CEO can only build / buy a maximum of 15 enterprise corps in one of their own countries. After that, the only way to do it is to IPO.

There is also an upper limit in how many corps an enterprise can build / buy in total - 700 - but that also can be increased by IPOing.

State and CEO corps are very different in terms of how much the country gains and how much the CEO and the individual corp gains. Player use different configurations, depending on how they play and what they want to gain from having the corp.

And have enough spare workers, or have your state corps pay low enough that CEO corps will steal their workers. It's not ideal to have really low paying CEO corps in your country so make them pay at least 200 if not more. (I revised this from 300).

What should I set my salary index for my state corps? 150?

Khome, this is a little tricky.

There are quite a few strategies not everyone understands them and they are heavily dependant on circumstance.

Salary level effects productivity, in turn productivity effects revenues (profits too sure, but profits can go up or down) revenues seem to have a larger bearing on CRU'd. What I'm really trying to say is not only are your people more inclined to pay your countries expenses, but also higher salaries will lead to a much larger benefit then lower salaries from CEO's. If they aren't willing to pay 300, you don't need them, I'm sure there are plenty of other CEO's that would be happy to build corps. With that said you can even do 299 if you wanted but more realically 250-275-300. If you are struggling too get them then it is almost assuredly a welfare index issue. Remember you want this to be mutually beneficial, and not result in them taking advantage of you.

So far I havent had any offers from CEO's, i'm assuming its the welfare index only at 100. Not sure how else I could boost that. I only have state corps right now, and one private one that came with the country.

Actually he didn't, maybe I don't have enough yet. I just ordered a population transfer that should be ready in a couple of days. Should I just close one of my less producing state corps?
