Have Country - want Enterprise

The membership document says

As a Free Member you can build an empire or play as a CEO in 1 World. This country/empire or enterprise is free of charge. If you are unhappy with your country or enterprise you can start a different one free of charge.

How can I start a different one?

You have to cancel your current one. To do that, you have to go to your account's Portal, click Register in the top menu, and select Cancel Countries.

After that, just register.
