Nuclear power

this is for white giant, i just put it here so more people can see it.

if your on white giant and you have a nuclear power plant can you close it. and can the GM close nuclear power plants in computerized countries. the supply and demand are inconsistent and so almost no nuclear power plant has any consistent profit. there needs to be some type of sustained deficit.
