The guy I loved the must from that time was a scottish guy. I don't remember his name, but he had the best insults (and being scottish, I imagine a natural hate for Matt). I remember a particular one about gold coins, Matt, Jozi, a dark alley and... exchange of fluids.

Well you dont need the military empires that there used to be. Cost of offence compared to defensive is still about the same, its just smaller numbers.

But the issue would be war levels. You and Matt couldnt prevent any other fed from having a member more than 2 war levels below you or below WL3 from moving right next to you, then the fed could storm into you with remote bases. Like wise, you cant help a friend if your WLs dont suit, which is where it all fell to bits.

WLs were a good idea to limit noob bashing, some people were getting out of hand, but the idea was badly implemented, a far cry from the original concept. And they also prevent inactives being raided as most inactives havent achieved WL3 or above. This is why you dont see the sort of competition that you are talking about Yankee, damn shame really.

Nah crafty im no where near a snob and im agravated too. Free membership's destroyed the game and other changes ahve made this game just crazy. Thats y i hit u up, im ready for a change but its a while to go. Dnt even care if im banned from talking about it anymore but mostly everyone knows what im talking about it. Well it's not just changes in the war aspect, it's become a rather disappointing game all around.

I could go on an on about problems with this game keeping it from being even close to what made it popular, but you guys are already well aware of what you don't like.

And the past is the past, what was will never be again. I came back determined to give it a year but, I'm about ready to go back to what I was doing.
