Need help please...

Hey guys, I don't know if the GM changed the games algorithm or what? But I am losing workers for my corps. on my slave country "Yahweh" My indexes are all high, I am gaining population each month (3-8k). but for some odd reason they are not going full production nor are they at 100% hiring. I am losing $$$ quickly. Does any have any ideas or strategies?...thanks

Not that i know off. Check your education if there is any in shortage of workers. For instance, my senior workers has been short lately but have to adjust it to get more, only because i put 10 lots of back to work schools and jacked it up to 20 per month to get it going again. It will take a while for it to come back good, be patience. As you should know, education is important, check them and re-adjust it, if you have to.

Yes, you must have more available workers than needed for 100% in ALL worker types. A 10% shortage in just one type will cause a lay off of 10% of all worker types in any given corporation.

See your education priorities page for the numbers and adjust the priorities accordingly.

100% production will follow 100% hiring.
