I started playing this not too long ago, and I'm curious as to the best way to employ my high-level workers. I looked through a few corporations, but they seem to mostly employ low- and mid-level workers, and I have a lot of unemployed high-level. I'm just trying to get my employment % as close to 100% as possible, right now I'm at just over 88%, but is 100% even attainable?

i do allot of forced career changes for them, I noticed that helps me sort em out over time for their "career paths". (change a bunch of excessive doctors into med workers, etc)

Hmm... seems to be the opposite problem, the only problem I had until recently when no one wanted to be doctors or teachers anymore.

But to fix this efficiency upgrades should do the trick. Crafty or Madoff can correct me if need be

Drew's right about upgrading efficiency. You'll gain back low workers and hire more hi-tech people.

Also, although this may not be an option to you yet because of game level, different corps use more hi-tech, in particular the Hi-tech corps, funnily enough! So go for them or industrial types, dunno, just check before you build. Ideally you would have CEOs build in your country because they normally build higher tech corps (most of the time, not all). But that means low tax rate on your behalf, well worth it, and getting your indexes up for good welfare, and making sure you have enough workers free for them.

Keep an eye on the forums here, people often want to swap their lower workers for some hi-tech workers. And you generally get more low workers than the hi-workers you give away :)

Just basic pointers there. Sorry if it's a bit long winded.
