with out getting into too much detail, use your fighter planes to take out defensive helicopters, and use fighter plane/attack drone or fighter plane/bombers to take out interceptor wings. Or set up a land force with offensive anti-aircraft batteries to attack interceptors.
After the air wings are destroyed attack Capitol,cities,towns,corporations(if your're not keeping the c3),and maybe half the forts. Remember to attack the defenses first of each target then attack target. You can use land forces with OAAMB's HT,HA,MRMBs do take out these targets.
I prefer bombers but you can't buy them on WG, you have to build.
