The Little Upsilon Global Conference

The Little Upsilon Global Conference is a meeting set up to host all nations of any significance on Little Upsilon about the future of global security, global prosperity, and global cooperation for all nations. The initiatives of this conference are:

1. Global Security
a. The role of the Security Council
b. A global Network or Framework of cooperation
c. The Role of Federations

2. Global Prosperity
a. The role of the World Bank
b. The role of the Stock Market
c. The role of the Common Markets

We hope to touch on all of these points, and would also hope that the large nations and chairmen of large and small federations would attend, as well as large and small common market founders, and members. Can Federations from other planets attend?
If so, NATO would like to do so, perhaps just me the Foreign Affairs Minister, the Marshall the Finance Minister and the Defence Minister, though Tallisibeth (Defense) would not be expected to attend because her monitor has issues I think.
