Why can I not change state corporation sale strategies?

I am well aware there is a waiting period to adjust this that is approximately 21 days I believe but now I am 5B away from my beginners income booster being gone along with my daily log in bonuses. I was just wondering if others are having the problem and how those who have had it fixed it.


I have all automation off except ordering\sale of supplies\production. What other automation would affect this?

After exactly 14 days you can change the settings.
(not recommended).

settings -> automation -> automatic systems.
set the beginners and general economic protection option OFF.
