Corporation Hiring - Massive Drop

I logged onto my CEO's just now and the hiring levels have dropped 20-30% more or less across the board.

Corps that were hiring at 100% every since their foundation are now hiring at 71%.

What on earth has happened to cause this?

If this continues my CEO's will decline rapidly. Please look into this ASAP!

As far as I can see, C3 corps that I have checked have a salary index of 297.

Is this rising? Where will it rise too? How much higher will I need to pay to ensure full hiring?

4. Beginners Countries and C3 Countries [ top ]

The beginning conditions for both C3 countries and beginners have been improved with higher salaries, optimized quality of raw materials and trading defaults. Some more settings will be improved to make these countries run successful economies.

OK, so higher salaries.

Still seems very unfair that the game can move every single C3 coprs salary up so fast and as players we must change our salaries at 3% a month.

I noticed the same thing. Just as I've been lowering my salaries aswell. Thought it was that effected my hiring. Must be this change that's what im now thinking.

I agree Teddy, I hate being made to wait, I like to see IMMEDIATE results to changes I make. But then, noone should make a wicked lady wait.

Ted, unfortunately this is often the case with changes. The immediate effects are not realised until they happen. It wont kill you, its not very nice, agreed, if the C3 corps salary could have gone up slowly it would maybe have been better for you. Just hang with it, stuff like this happens from time to time. Makes it more interesting!!!
